Fingerprint not working in windows 10 login screen.

Hello and happy new year to everyone!

The fingerprint recognition in login screen of windows 10 not working every time i turn on the laptop from sleep mode. It works only if i shut down or restart my laptop. Any idea how i fix it ? My laptop model is: Acer Aspire 7 A717-72G-7600

yea i had that on an old EliteBook. 

what version of Windows is it? 1809?
