Posted December 30, 2018 Hi, I'm having some trouble getting my new pc to work stable. It's a completely new build. So the problem is that my pc gets a BSOD: thread stuck in device driver. Or my monitor goes black and my fans go crazy, I can still hear audio when this happens. This problem mostly occurs during gaming but also occurs during basic web browsing. Here's what I tried: Reinstalling graphics card drivers with windows safe mode Fresh install of windows Reinstalling graphics card Using other hdmi port Replugging cables for gpu Bios update memtest86 HWmonitor for temps (during gaming max was 69-70 for both gpu and cpu, game: six siege) System specs: Gigabyte aorus x470 ultra gaming Ryzen 7 2700x Gigabyte rx vega 56 gaming Corsair vengeance rgb pro 16gb 3200mhz seasonic focus plus gold 650w Windows 10 home latest version with all updates. Checked for updates earlier today. Radeon software version 18.2.3 I've no idea what else could help. Maybe my graphics card is broken and I can get it refunded? If any of you could help me that would be great.
Posted December 30, 2018 Posting some specs would be nice. - Windows version - Which GPU? - Which CPU? - What Memory? - Overclocked? (CPU and GPU) - When does it crash? - Power supply? - Your credit card and security number and expiration date (do not post that )
 Are you certain that you plugged both ends of the right cables to the right sockets? Long shot: Any chance you have another GPU to try? Maybe your old one or one you could borrow from an aquaintance? Longer shot: Do you just happen to have a spare PSU? Quote and/or tag people using @ otherwise they don't get notified of your response!
