730kbps is enough for a few small games. Don't expect anything spectacular.

Uhhh. I wouldn't think so. Try it? I think a hotspot on a phone would be better. (Especially a 4g phone)

I would do this but my dad switched the family from AT&T unlimited data to 30Gb for the entire family, thats 6 of us. he did it just to save about $25. I facepalmed and left.

I've played Call of Duty 1 UO multiplayer on my mom's iPhone 4 hotspot. (Which is like 1 mbps max) It's a fun game and it'll run at max settings on pretty much anything made in the last 5 years. (Really good multiplayer community compared to other games)

My mom now has a Moto X with 4G (Still has that old unlimited Verizon plan :D) and I haven't really tried hotspot with that but it is a lot faster than the iPhone 4.
