Windows 10 Installation Problems

I Just built a new computer, and I am having problems installing windows 10. I used the Windows Media Creation Tool, and made an USB, but when I plug it into the computer and boot to it, it doesn't work. It starts loading regularly, and it shows the windows 10 loading circle of dots, but then flashes the motherboard logo screen and goes black. I can tell the computer is still on because all of the lights are still on and the fans are spinning, and the monitor is showing a black back lit screen, but the computer just sits and does nothing. The light on the thumb drive stops blinking, and there is no drive activity, and when I pull out the thumb drive, nothing happens. My system consists of : Motherboard - MSI Z270-A Pro, CPU - i7 6700K, RAM - 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws V Sieries, - Kingston 240GB SSD, and a GTX 1070. I have tried removing the graphics card and restarting, although it doesn't seem to be working anyway. Linux also sits on a black screen. I'm sure you can understand my frustration, and I would love any help I can get.

Did you enter the BIOS and override boot from the USB drive?

You enter bios and find the boot section and click override boot from the USB.

If that doesn't work double check to make sure your ram is properly seated. Having a stick that is not fully in can cause the pc to malfunction when it tries to install Windows.
