Recommendations for under desk RGB

Hi guys,

I will shortly be starting another build which will feature quite a bit of RGB. However, not wanting to limit it to the rig, I also wanted to feature it underneath my desk, and behind my monitor. I've been looking at the NZXT HUE2, but that seems to be more geared towards the actual computer and not so much (with the exception of the rear monitor strips) the surrounding space.

With that said, I have been looking something like Philips HUE.

My question is, should I stick with NZXT or is something like the Philips going to be an easier to implement solution which I can always repurpose down the road. Or, if there are any alternatives, i'd love to know what others have had success with. Budget is not really a concern.

Thanks guys! Picked up some HUE strips just now. Will update in morning with a pic! Fantastic product, easy to set up, and the dynamic lighting is bang on and very accurate.
