Intel MLC for memory latency and bandwidth

Hello I want to measure my rams(its DDR3 SODIMM PC3-12800 800 Mhz 2GB) latency and bandwidth, so I found Intel MLC which provides quite powerful options, but there is too many of them currently I'm using this option: 

mlc.exe ./mlc --max_bandwidth -b18000000 -t2 -L -m0x1

And then output is:

Measuring Peak Injection Memory Bandwidths for the system
Bandwidths are in MB/sec (1 MB/sec = 1,000,000 Bytes/sec)

3:1 Reads-Writes :      14625.7
2:1 Reads-Writes :      14439.6
1:1 Reads-Writes :      13993.7
Stream-triad like:      14984.5

Measuring Memory Bandwidths between nodes within system
Bandwidths are in MB/sec (1 MB/sec = 1,000,000 Bytes/sec)
Using all the threads from each core if Hyper-threading is enabled
Using Read-only traffic type

Measuring Loaded Latencies for the system

Which section provides me correct info and if not correct command which should I use?
