Asrock B450 Pro4 header questions

Good evening.

I'm building my first-ever PC and had four questions about various headers on the Asrock B450 Pro4 (https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450%20Pro4/index.asp#Manual). These are probably all kinda simple and obvious, but I want to be sure I'm connecting things right since this is my first time building a computer and I don't have a ton of extra money to replace anything if I break it. The Asrock manual was confusing me, but I doubt it would be as confusing to the members of this forum. Here's the link (http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/B450%20Pro4.pdf)..

First, what header should I connect my CPU cooler to (its an AMD Wraith Stealth)? The diagrams in the manual were kinda confusing me. There are two headers in the manual labeled as "CPU Fan Connectors" plus an "AMD Fan LED Header". I'm assuming the orientation of this cable matters?

Second, my case has three preinstalled fans, do I connect each to a "Chassis Fan/Waterpump Fan Connector (CHA_FAN#/WP)"? Does orientation of the cables matter here?

Third, the mobo has a header called the "Power LED and Speaker Header" (SPK_PLED1). What would I be plugging into that? I was confused since there is already a header (PANEL1) to plug the Power LED+ and Power LED- wires into.

Fourth and finally, what will I be plugging into the "Front Panel Audio Header" (HD_AUDIO1)? This is the case I'm using (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BV31QU8/?tag=pcpapi-20), which has a headphone port and a mic port.

My apologies, I know this is kinda basic stuff but I just want to be safe rather than sorry. If anyone can help me answer any of these questions, I would be very grateful. Any info about the parts in my build can and will be provide if anybody needs it.

Thanks in advance for any help and any other info you think it important to provide me.
