Csgo feels choppy when Streaming.

EchoV3

So, I've started streaming again on Twitch. I usually get around 250 - 300 fps since, but when I stream I still get around the same fps. It just feels really choppy, and I can't stream while playing. It's just CSGO that does this. I have a high-end pc, so Ik I can stream and run games easily.

Software used:
OBS (64 bit)image.png.da5638e7e35c795e3ab00a2a50fe45e6.png
CSGO (Low Graphics)

OBS Settings:image.png.26834be34e7fcecca53843dcbc380d15.png

7700k isn't the best choice for streaming. CSGO is CPU bound (it needs more CPU juice than GPU juice) so the CPU's power is getting split up for streaming and CSGO. The 7700k is a quad core so not bunch of cores to do both at the same time. The 8700k and 9700k are the better i7's for doing both.

I will probably upgrade in the future so thank you for that information but in the past, I was able to stream perfectly fine without a problem, this still doesn't explain why I am having trouble now.

Quad core is bad for streaming most PC games. If you get a six core you should be alright.

PC - i7 12700K | EVGA FTW3 3090 | Corsair H150i | ASUS ROG Strix Z690-A | 32GB Corsair Vengance | Lian Li O11 Evo & EVGA 1k PSU

I play on mostly low, except for one medium setting since it give the best for visuals through smoks, and flames.

are you playing danger zone when you're streaming? I know for a fact that the map cuts fps.
