Need help with budget pc build

I am building a pc for my friend

It will be for moderate gaming but mostly video editing. 

I am on an extremely tight budget so I will be buying used parts (he knows the risks).

Ideally we won’t go over $300

We alrady have a mother board lga 1151 and 8 gigs of ram (4 x 2 gigs).

Any suggestions?
