Installing motherboard drives

Go to solution Solved by Votivee,

You can download all of your drivers here: https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/Z390-AORUS-PRO-WIFI-rev-10#support-dl

No need for the CD. Besides, the ones on the CD could be out of date so it's best to get them off the website anyways.

I was trying to install the drives from gigabyte website, but it said i have no drives to install.

i have to use the dvd, is a normal dvd reader fine or do i need a blue ray one? (Dont have either at home and have to buy one)

I'm assuming you mean drivers? What motherboard is it?

The disc is almost certainly a DVD. Gigabyte should still offer drivers on the support section of their site. Can you give us the model # of your board?

Not really a particular order.

Chipset drivers (intel INF installation) are most important, maybe you should install those first.... followed by everything else (ethernet, wireless, sound, integrated video card drivers etc)

Also, after you get done open up device manager and look for any devices that might have drivers missing. They'll either show up as "Unknown device" or have a triangle on them, like shown in the screenshot below.
