Look at your temps. If your temps are good, stop worrying. 

As for how much stress it can take, it'll probably be fine with anything short of the case being dropped ~3ft from the ground.

Follow install instructions. Tighten every screw as much as you can by hand and then loosen them by 1/4 of full turn.

Yeah, your floor. Seriously, nothing short of house collapsing and whole case dropping off table will cause anything.
