Yes, but try and get an i5 as a quad core would be so much better

The i3 6100 is a really weak CPU by today's standards. But it isn't too much of a bottleneck for a RX 570.

 

Are you planning on buying an i3 6100 and RX 570 (because Ryzen is a much better choice)?

Yes it's good enough but you can't open any thing but your game, like no background/side applications running.

 

You have a slightly better CPU with a slightly worse GPU here (compared to the GTX 1060) take these results as a base, it is fine for gaming but like mentioned just gaming nothing more... at the same time.
