Undervolting help - ASUS Bios z390i

Hello there,

I am trying to undervolt my CPU (i just want same performance but less heat, due to my smaller case and fan).
How exactly do I undervolt in the Asus BIOS? I went into advanced mode and under AI Tweaker, but I am not sure what I am supposed to change.
There is an option to change from auto to manual, adaptive, and some other option.

I can't find any option that says "CPU Core voltage offset," or "CPU core voltage" that I can edit.
it's just this one option that changes it from manual, adaptive and the other one.

I was using Intel's Extreme Tuning Utility, but that really only works for laptops. Plus every time the PC restarts, you have to set voltage again.
However, I was putting a voltage offset of -0.100v, and I was stable after stress testing.

How do I go about putting a -0.100v on the ASUS Bios?

thanks!

select either manual or offset, and input the desired voltage or offset from stock voltage :)

I see you've changed your DRAM voltage already, method is the exact same!

EDIT: if you're already at 1.04 Vcore it might not be worth it to keep pushing it lower. I've seen ppl get .9v but at that point why are you even on a z series chipset?
