Hey Guys!

I have the I9-9900k, I do alot of Video Editing (Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects). I just wanted to test out my CPU without a AVX Offset. On Cine bench the highest score I got was 1821.

Preatty dissapointing especially being OC to 5Ghz.

Is it my chip that sucks or is it some thing in the BIOS that I can change?

I have an Asus ROG XI Formula MOBO

Custom Watercooling Loop (D5 Pump with a 360mm Rad)

I followed the Video from Asus on how to Overcloack the I9 9900k with an ASUS board.

I am not running the AI function

Let me know guys

I second @Jurrunio, what's your temps?  Could possibly be thermal throttling.  Might be something simple as needing to remount your water block.  Just watched a Jaystwocents video where he was experiencing some hefty thermal issues on a build, and a quick repaste did the trick.

download hwmon and post the temp readings, what's your ram, cinebench is not avx anyway. scores should be around 2200 for 5ghz.

I would say this too, needs better VRM cooling.
Needs monoblock.

He might just have all the power limits set up too, if the CPU is being forced to operate within the ridiculous 95w tdp that could be it too.

I downloaded it, Do I have to screen shot it at its peak? Is there a way to download the data of 1min? or 30sec?
