Just like the title says i have $400 USD And i want to build the best PC Possible for 2018

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Processor (4.4Ghz), MOBO: GIGABYTE X470 AORUS Gaming 7 WiFi (AMD Ryzen AM4/ X470/ Intel Wave 2 WiFi/M.2), RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15, GPU: Gigabyte nVidia GeForce GTX 1080 Windforce OC GV-N1080WF3OC-8GD Graphics Cards, STORAGE: 120GB CRUCIAL SSD, 1TB WD BLUE, COOLER: Cooler Master 212 EVO RGB Black Edition, FANS: 4 x MasterFan MF120R RGB (2 Front, 1 Back, 1 Top), 1 x Noctua NF-P12 Redux 1700 RPM(Back off Cooler), PC CASE: Cooler Master MB500 case, PSU: EVGA 750 BQ.

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 955 (95watt @3.5Ghz @1.40V), MOBO: ASUS M2A-VM, RAM: Kingston 8GB (4x2GB) DDR2 800MHz, GPU: nVidia GT 710 2GB DDR3 (OC’ed Clock to 1300Mhz and Memory to 950Mhz), STORAGE: 250GB HDD, 500GB HDD, COOLER:  Cooler Master 212 EVO, PC CASE: Cooler Master Q300L , FANS: 3 x upHere RED LED Fans (2 Front, 1 Back), PSU: Generic 300 Watt PSU.

If you're fine with buying used, get a used dell optiplex or similar unit with a 4th gen i5 or i7 and add a 1050ti 

 

If not, I can throw together a list though.

Sorry I have yet to see a 400$ game in 2018 maybe on low setting

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

@xg32 are you sure that the apu would be enough? And as for the og poster, you definitely can't get a great pc for only 400. I had started to come up with this but then I realized that you'd have to have a case and the os, which is sometimes annoying to purchase. Maybe an apu would be the better option.

Coincidentally, I was researching the Optiplex gaming system route for a debate I'm doing soon, an Optiplex with an i7-3770(can't remember if it's a K or not), 8GB of memory, and a 1TB HDD combined with a CX550M and a GTX 970 will run you in the range of 350 USD on Ebay.
