Dear Everyone!

I am asking for your help guys. I have bought a new pc. On every game my fps is low. I have updated every driver. When i tried my very first games there were no problem, high fps had no issue. After like 2 weeks my pc slowed down. On every game on the highest settings like Battlefield 1, or Fortnite i get like 80 fps and usually drops down to 40-30 when there is bigger explosions. Sometimes there is a problem when i lower the settings from high, i get the same fps as it was on high. I have spent all my savings an money for this computer and i feel so bad now because i bought this computer to play every game on high settings. I always had a bad pc and played all games on low 30-50 fps. So i am asking for your help guys!

I5-8600k
Hyper X 8 gb 2400mhz
Asrock z370 pro

Monitor: Supposed to be a cheap Tv 1920x1080 idk if thats the whole problem.

I have tried to format it, reinstalled the windows 10 completely but i have the same issue as i have the same issue as before.

Use Hwmonitor to check CPU and GPU usage during games, and clock speeds. If you are having issues even in chrome, sounds like a cpu or motherboard issue. I would also update the motherboard bios to the latest version and reset default bios config. Check your cpu and gpu usage at idle too. If cpu is the cause, it could be something simple like a improperly installed cpu cooler/faulty cooler or something a bit more serious like a faulty cpu/motherboard.

A few observations:

1. 80 degrees on the CPU is kind of hot while you are gaming. Are you overclocked? If you are, reset it back to stock voltage and clock settings and re-test.  Even your idle temp is abnormally high.

2. GTX 1070ti has 8GB of VRAM. I assume unigine heaven just isn't detecting it properly.

3. You should be getting over 120 fps in Fortnite pretty easily with a GTX 1070ti

My gpu usage never goes above 70-75%

No i have overclocked nothing, i have tried to overclock my gpu cpu but with not much fps increase.

I have bought my windows 10 home on ebay, it was very cheap.

Which cooler are you using on the CPU?

CPU is pegged at 100%, so likely CPU bound. Try setting MSI to show all core usage and core frequency. (Settings > Monitoring > Scroll through the list of options and select "Show in On-Screen Display" for things you want to show)

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Everything seems completely normal. How is 93-112 fps in BO4 low fps? The 100% CPU usage is normal too. Lower some settings to take some strain off the CPU holding 100% and your temps will go down as well.

Minimum requirements at 1080p in COD BO4:

OS: Windows 7 or higher (64-bit)

CPU: Intel Core i3-4340 / AMD FX-6300

RAM: 8GB

Graphics: GeForce GTX 660 2GB / GeForce GTX 1050 2GB or Radeon HD 7950 2GB

Recommended requirements at 1080p in COD BO4:

OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)

CPU: Intel i5-2500K / Ryzen R5 1600X

RAM: 12GB

Graphics: GeForce GTX 970 4GB / GTX 1060 is 6GB or Radeon R9 390 / AMD RX 580

Recommended setup for competitive players using high refresh rate monitors at 1080p in COD BO4:

OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)

CPU: Intel i7-8700K / AMD Ryzen 1800X

RAM: 16GB

Graphics: GeForce GTX 1080 or Radeon RX Vega⁶⁴ Graphics

You don't have high enough specs for Ultra in BO4 but you do have high enough specs for a middle ground. Lower high demanding settings and call it a day. Using Windows 10 should help you out even more. Also remember that your CPU max temp is 100 degrees. You should get lower temps once you get your CPU to stop holding 100% less often. Don't feel that your PC isn't worth the money you've invested into it and don't be afraid to lower some settings. The good thing about lowering settings is that you will get more fps and you will learn about each individual graphic setting and what it does exactly. Certain settings look great in certain games but in other games you can't even notice the difference(or care about the difference).

If I were in your shoes, I'd think about overclocking that CPU to at least 4.1 GHz. This will help you turn less graphic settings down and give you more fps in general(depending on the game of course). The more CPU demanding a game is, the less fps you will gain from an OC. In theory anyway...

Don't expect this fps, they're using a 1080. But you can look at the difference of fps from the OC of the i5-8600k.

and the pictures i have taken from bf1 is not even ultra!! its only high

I am getting over 30 fps in BF1 1080p medium-high settings with a Phenom x4 965 and a gtx 1070. Could you send a screenshot with your graphic settings in BF1?
I also recommend that you sell your cpu cooler, buy a better one and repaste your cpu with quality thermal paste. I really don't think there is any driver issue or faulty hardware. I just think you re getting this throttling from bad thermals.
