New pc

I want to buy a new pc for about 1000 dollars anyone got any suggestions. Also the pc will be used for gaming. and I already have a gtx 1070 to put In for the graphics card. So i want something with a nice cpu. But the graphics card dosent matter

US dollars? what games? What resolution and settings? Any size requirements for the case? Preference in colour scheme?

US dollars and I would play Fortnite at 1080p medium to high settings and no size requirements I want a glass side pannel no color scheme requirements also

My build is much beefier :P

 

Compared to 8700k, 9700k is no faster but cools better. See this as an 8700k factory delidded edition, even though their core count and thread count are very different.

 

F12 fans for intake in the front, HF12 fan as exhaust at the back, 2 120mm fans that comes with the case (I hate their looks) go to the top as intakes (they are pretty weak as far as I can tell).

I like the build but iv seen alot of these items go on sale for black friday and cyber monday should have built it then feel's bad

Yeah that sucks there will probably be a Christmas sale though. Is 550 watts enough for that build?
