Does anyone know how to view notifications history on Chrome?

Is there a plugin or extension for Chrome that allows you to view your notification history?

 

For example, if you get a Facebook notification, Chrome tends to show you on the bottom right of the screen. But sometimes I might miss it, and so i'm wondering if there is a way to check the notification history.

I think thats only for Mac
