Mirak final battle Skyrim

I played Skyrim special edition a lot on my PlayStation 4 Pro, a while ago, but every, i keep on getting a issue every time i playing Skyrim special edition, it is when i go into Apothica to use the Bend will shout on the Dragon that works then i get on the dragon to take me to Mirak, its when i sit on the dragon, but when the dragon flies off i am hovering in mid air dragon took off without me, it happens every time i after i hoping on the dragon, i even tried reset from last save 100 times still dragon takes off leaving me sitting in mid air, even every time i play the dumb game, Bethesda sucks.
