Hi guys i have k70 rgb lux , k70 rgb lux box , and everything looks like k70 rgb lux 

but the label on the back of the keyboard say k65 .

i connected to corsair support because i have a problem in my keyboard they told me we will replace it for you but not for k70 rgb lux , for k65 because they follow the label on the back 

 

so did i got scammed or not and any suggestion

Um, the K65 is a TKL keyboard, meaning no numpad. The K70 does have a numpad. If it indeed looks like a K70, it's probably just a wrong sticker they placed on the keyboard.

If Corsair is willing to replace it though, go for it. You don't want a keyboard that is making you kind of suspicious for years.

they told me go back to the seller , but i dont have any proofs that i bought it form them i lost the payment bill

I would reach out to the seller you purchased the keyboard from and request a copy of the sales receipt.  We do require proof of purchase for all warranties to validate the purchase.  Your situation is pretty unique, and a receipt would help to expedite the process in getting a replacement.

i send it to warranty they told me , the problem from corsair and we will fix it , they took the keyboard for technician
