My build is  a  msi A55M-E33 motherboard, AMD athlon x4 760k quad core processor unlocked, DDR3 Ripjaw ram running at 1866, and a geforce 1050 DDR5 2G overclock edition. everything is overclockable. suggestions or if somebody can tell me if its my CPU I am guessing is my bottlekneck or possibly the north side bridge?but it runs pretty good maybe their is no bottlekneck I am not sure. oh yeah it has a sata standard hard drive with a 650 watt power supply. if anybody can find the bottlekneck please include where it it is exactly.

That system is pretty balanced so I don't see why you are wondering about a bottleneck? My only recommendation would be to get an SSD for OS, that would make your system quicker when loading. Otherwise, if you are not having issues then there is nothing to worry about.

I feel as if these scores should be higher if everything is balanced and maxed out

Using "User Bench Mark"

UserBenchmarks: Game 30%, Desk 38%, Work 25%
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 760K (2013 D.Ri) - 48.7%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050 - 33.7%
HDD: Seagate ST3750528AS 750GB - 44%
RAM: G.SKILL RipjawsX DDR3 1600 C9 1x8GB - 26.7%
MBD: MSI A55M-E33 (MS-7721)

Overall this PC is performing as expected (57th percentile). This means that out of 100 PCs with exactly the same components, 43 performed better. The overall PC percentile is the average of each of its individual components.
Processor With an average single core score, this CPU can handle browsing the web, email, video playback and the majority of general computing tasks including moderate gaming when coupled with an appropriate GPU. Finally, with a gaming score of 48.7%, this CPUs suitability for 3D gaming is average.
Graphics 33.7% is a below average 3D score (GTX 1070 = 100%). This GPU can handle older games but it will struggle to render recent games at resolutions greater than 1080p. (Note: general computing tasks don't require 3D graphics)
Boot Drive The boot partition is located on a mechanical or hybrid drive. Moving the system to an SSD will yield far faster boot times, better system responsiveness and faster application load times.
Memory

8GB is enough RAM to run any version of Windows and it's sufficient for the vast majority of games. 8GB is also enough for moderate file and system caches which result in a very responsive system.
