Razer equipment resetting every 5-10 seconds

Hello everyone, my razer equipment recently started doing something weird where it stops and then resets. Any suggestions on how to stop this??? Here is a video showing it.

have you updated the synapse?

why everybody post the spec of their rig here? i dont! cuz its made of mashed potatoes!
