My laptop sometimes doesnt go to sleep properly

when i closed my laptop,i just left it but after coming back i noticed the led indicator didnt blink like it always to. and i opened my laptop,the screen didnt turn on so i had to long press the power button

 

does anyone know how to fix this so it doesnt happen again?

 

my laptop is base acer E5 476g

im using a logitech mouse

On default, if you put a laptop to sleep for too long, it will go to hibernate

 

To change this settings just go power options > change settings (on the power plan) > change advanced power settings > under sleep section, change time for 'hibernate after'

first off,i dont think that is the problem because i probably sleep my laptop for 60 minutes and the default hibernate after is 180 minutes but i try anyway

second,what is hibernate? or hybrid sleep?
