Can't install Nvidia Drivers (1080ti)

Basically i cant install my gpu drivers i ran DDU and then tried to install them but nothing :( i need help

Have you updated your OS to 1809 yet? 416.34 is for the updated OS (1809), didcha try 411.70 which is for 1803, though I'm not sure it makes a difference. Just shooting off some ideas off the top of my head here....

Download the drivers, unplug yourself from the internet, run DDU again. Could be an issue with Windows installing there own version. unplugging from the internet would prevent it from downloading and installing it for you.

i've done it skiiwee then when i restart i plug again and run nvidia installer but still cant download them

Power off your rig, take out your card and plug it back it, make sure it's firmly plugged into the PCIe slot and locked.....power up your rig and try reinstalling the driver. Be sure to uninstall driver before reseating the card.

Can you try that card in another system and see if it can install? If not, then it's probably a faulty card...
