yes i am using nivida control panel second of all i dont have display options or stereoscopic 3D or video

OK are you on a driver you installed yourself? Because sometimes the laptop manufacturers give you crappy drivers by defalt to extend battery life.

Have you ever gone to the nvidia website and downloaded a driver on that laptop?

Then I would do so and make sure you check the box during the installation process that says "clean installation" or something to that effect.

Now after that you should be able to follow the steps via the nvidia control panel to change to the "high performance nvidia processor.

And even if that isnt the problem you should get a nice performance bump out of it for when we do solve this.
