What AIO cooler should I buy

I don't know if I should buy the Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB to cool core i5 7400 3Ghz or I should buy a air cooler??...     Plz help I use a intel stock cooler and it's so noisy!?!!?

Cryorig h7 will cool that just fine. As would a Corsair H55.

The cooler master is cheap for a reason, just don't.
