serious hd problem or not?

i went donwload crystaldisk info and plug my external drive, it shows this

is it a serious problem? should i backup the data and replace it? or just leave it be like that?

Well, the drive will probably continue to work fine for quite a while, but you might lose some data.

 

Depending on how important that data is I'd either back it up regularly or get a new drive.

back up the data regularly. If it's still under warranty, replace it.

You can grab our free diagnostic software SeaTools & run a Long Generic or Fix All test, these take longer but they are thorough. Fix All can sometimes repair bad sectors if present.
