Corsair H100i v2 pump died

Anyone recommend a nice cpu cooler? My H100i v2 limo just died, been using it only for about 6 months. Corsair link shows 0rpm on fan and pump. Might go with air cooler, just not very interested because they look ugly

Only 6 months? I'd RMA it, Corsair are pretty good with returns related to a fault, my own H100i got replaced easily after a pump failure in the second year of use.

On a side note, I'm no longer using it out of choice as plenty Air coolers match it at a fraction of the price plus I'm now out of warranty and the rubber on the fixtures is cracking. Plus it's nice to have a silent system again, no matter what fans you have that pump was always there.

What CPU do you have btw?

Boxes aren't suitable for proof anyway. Your receipt from store (or shipping invoice) is the one you are going to need. Boxes would have been good for shipping it back, or if Corsair demands all included pieces to be returned.

As for air coolers, are you aiming for high OC or...? Midrange cooler would be fine for most uses. Like Dark Rock 3, Scythe Fuma, Mugen 5, U12S/U14S, H5 and so on.
