Best bang for the buck work laptops

What are some of the best bang for the buck work laptops, prioritizing cpu/gpu/ram over other things such as a screen?

$400-$650 ish

Latitudes or ThinkPads. Within your price rage, and given how infinitely customizable and expandable those laptops are, you can find a used one that will do everything you're after and then some.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

Buy a used previous gen gaming budget gaming with a decent GPU and stuff used SODIMM sticks in it. Once you're done using it you can use SODIMM to DIMM adapters to use them in a desktop build :DDD

Needa to run a graphics tablet in photoshop, illustrator, and other applications similar to those.

Its just for meeting with clients, and doing a bit of work right in front of them. Not a daily work rig.

Will need at least 8gb of ram though, a midly fast gpu, and a cpu atleast about as fast as AMDs a10 or a12
