No audio with recent PUBG update

Hey I was just playing PUBG recently and it was working fine. I got the new update and my resolution was reset to only be my center display (I have NV Surround) and be in windowed mode instead of windowed bordered. I fixed those fast and went to play a round, but I have no audio. Checked audio settings in PUBG and windows but nothing. My headset works in everything else just fine..

 

Any ideas what to do, or have any of you had this problem?

Windows 10?  Made sure the sound selection was on the right audio device?  I've updated nvidia drivers and it reset my sound output to the GPUs HDMI audio component.

Nope that's not the problem. I get audio from other programs. Also I switch that back and forth all the time between my headset and surround sound system so that was the first thing I checked.
