Question about Viewsonic VX3218-shdw

Hi, does anyone own this model along with an AMD card? on AMD website it is listed as Free-sync capable

but nowhere in the product description is this feature listed.

I'm not in the US so  an affordable freesync capable monitor is hard to find, this is the only 32" available that's within my budget.

If you have this model please help me confirm this feature, thanks in advance.
