[Resolved] Is it possible to underclock DDR4 RAM to DDR3 speeds (1333MHz) for testing purposes??

I'm wondering if it's possible to underclock DDR4 to DDR3 speeds like 1333MHz for testing purposes?? Or, would the DDR4 only go as low as the base frequency of 2133MHz??

If your mobo has its independent clock gen chip then you can.
