HD 7310?

So i have hp 655 and a 7310m graphics card from AMD, i have 384mb of memory on windows 8, but ive seen reports of people having 1 gig or 512mb of ram on their gpu, i have 4 gigs of ram, and is switching to something like xp or vista going to make a difference?

and should adding more memory gpu improove performance in games like cod4 or cod6?

umm, you can't add GPU memory it's installed on the chip.

Switching will make no real difference. There is nothing you can add to that laptop improve gaming performance.
