HD 7310?

So i have hp 655 and a 7310m graphics card from AMD, i have 384mb of memory on windows 8, but ive seen reports of people having 1 gig or 512mb of ram on their gpu, i have 4 gigs of ram, and is switching to something like xp or vista going to make a difference?

umm, you can't add GPU memory it's installed on the chip.
