Best laptop for under £300

My completely not techy Aunt needs a new laptop for £300 or less. She won't be doing anything more than Internet browsing and Word. Alos, he won't have many files so a SSD would be preferable over a HDD even if it is really is small. I was looking at chromebooks but she's only ever used Win XP and 7. I assume I could install Windows over ChromeOS? Suggestions?
