Is r5 1400 dead

I saw this slide form AMD and there is no mention of 1400. what's up with it? I got a 1400 a few days ago now I feel bad about it.

Why would you feel bad about it? 

I think its just being replaced by the 2400G, which is an 1400 with iGPU.

It's not about support and stuff, but I'm wondering if there will be any significant loss in performance compared to 2400G

youre never going to LOSE performance when something new gets released

you will always have the same performance of a R5 1400

there will always be something newer 

 

as for the 2400G - based on just this one image it has the same specs as the 1400

it may be clocked slightly faster than the 1400 but nothing that cant be equalized with a bit of light overclocking

It's a 1400 with an iGPU in it. that's it.
