Gaming build ~1300€, did i get parts right

Greetings!

 

This is my first build. And I have been thinking about it for quite some time. I just wanted to ask one final time just to be sure about the parts if I got things right.

I know that I should use pcpartpicker but because price is different in my country and I don't have access to newegg and other sites I will just write it down. And I will list down prices from my local shop

 

Main use: 1080p gaming, with good quality and performance, I'm not into streaming, or video editing.

I would Go with z370 and a i5 8400 or i5 8600k, but everything else seems good to me.

I'd suggest the ryzen system with the 3200mhz ram, ryzen is fine for gaming unless you're shooting for 144+fps

Stoppp going ryzen if the customer can afford it. INTEL has proven being better for gaming. 8 series CPUs will last a long time

I would question the wisdom of building right now as gpu and ram prices are crazy if you have your have you’re heat set on a pc right now then I might consider getting a 980ti second hand as it would save a lot of money and have around the same performance as the 1070

all your part choices look decent other than that
