High Memory Usage

For the past couple weeks I've noticed many stutters in my games. I look at task manager and I see that I am using most of my RAM. I also see that the highest process that is running isn't using much RAM. I have 16 gigs of RAM. I don't know why its using so much. Please Help!

Same...I did an upgrade but can't get my RAM to run faster than 2200MHz.

Have you tried running a virus scan, or closing all those google chrome tabs and seeing where the ram sits at when they're closed? Does the same thing happen when you boot into safe mode?

Just did a virus scan and found nothing.

Booted into safe mode and the problem wasn't happening
