best budget monitor?

Hey I'm looking for the cheapest possible monitor (i don't care if it's used) I would like it to be 4k and have above 60hz but they're not necessary.

I want a fast car idk what it is but it needs to be fast. O but i dont care as long as its a car

like best sports car under $5000 not i need a 4k monitor but cheap but if its too expensive then 1080p

used, maybe (and a real MAYBE) a 1440p 60Hz monitor? maybe an old 1080p 120Hz? Because monitors don't depreciate as fast as most other PC parts.
