Having Youtube issues.

So for  some reason, YouTube sidebar won't open on my PC. I have to have my liked videos, favorites, and watch later open as separate tabs. Here is what I have tried to fix this issue.

1. Clear the Cache of Chrome
2. Restart Chrome
3. Restart Computer
4. Update Chrome
5. Uninstall Chrome and Reinstall it.
6. Reinstall multiple versions of Chrome.
7. Use private tabs to eliminate extensions.
8. Tried 3 other browser. 
9. Did all the above on all of those browsers. 
10. Move to my laptop. Same issue. Tried all the above.
11. Moved to a system that is not mine. Tried a few of the steps above. '
12. Tried it on a Mac. Repeated all steps
13. Tried it on 6 distributions on Linux. Repeated all steps
14. Tried it on other Versions of Widows. Repeated all steps
15. Tried it on 5 PCs from 2004 to 2017 with a mixture of OS's, browsers, versions, and more. Repeated all steps
16. Lost All Hope.

At this point, I have a folder in bookmarks of all of my playlists. I guess I just don't get a sidebar anymore. What could be wrong. I have been at this for 3 weeks. I am very tired. If you have tips or a solution, please help me.

This might sound really dumb, but have you tried clicking the 3 lines next to the YouTube logo?

Do you just mean the sidebar that comes up when you go to youtube, which shows your subscriptions etc?

Hmm, that's very strange, the menu button should toggle off/on the sidebar every time.

Can you host that file.. I'm not gonna download a video from some random guy on the net, plus it saves loads of people having to download, rather than one person uploading it.

I think that is what it is. Friends have logged in with no issues. It sucks

OK, try one thing for me. close all youtube tabs, clear browser cache and then open one tab of youtube, see if it's still doing the same thing.

I have tried that. I agree. That should have worked. It did not

It will change your interface slightly, but it might bring your bar back.
