Is this build a good starting build? (SOLVED)

My budget is 600 dollars, 700 at  the highest. I want a build that I can upgrade the GPU and CPU in the future because I am getting into video editing and I need a computer for school so I need a cheap one for now but will be hopefully upgrading to a 1700x and a gtx 1070. I want to know if this is able to play games 720p 60fps low to medium on Rainbow Six Siege, Fallout 4, Witcher 3, and Destiny 2 when it comes out?

Thank you!

I would get a used GTX 780 for 145. It can crush 1080p. Since you said you wanted upgrade-ability and its cheaper with higher performance. http://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-Nvidia-GTX-780-3GB-Reference-card-/162639435588?hash=item25de10d744:g:G5sAAOSwkthZmifg Heres a comparison https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/compare.php?cmp[]=3596&cmp[]=2525

Specs:

 Gaming PC: i5 3570, 16GB 1600MHz, GTX 780 3GB, Transcend 128GB, WD 500GB, Seagate 500GB, Thermaltake 600W Smart, S340 w/ RGB, Windows 10 Pro

 Server: Xeon E5 2650, 12GB 1600MHz ECC, 8400GS, WD 2TB + 1TB + 1TB, EVGA 500B 500W, Windows 10 Pro

 Laptop: Macbook Pro Retina 2013, i7 4558U, 8GB 1600MHz, Intel Iris Pro 1.5GB, Apple 256GB NVME, Mojave

 Internet: $70/month For 500/100, Actually get 525/102

If possible i'd try to get a b350 mobo for overclocking if you would ever want to get into that.

Yeah that should be fine to hold you off until you can buy a 1700 and 1070 (especially at 720p). But i do think there are nicer cases for under $100 however that's personal preference.

Yes, it can do 720p60 very easily, and even 1080p60 in some of those when you play around with your settings.

It should suffice until you get a CPU and GPU upgrade.

Should be good for 720p until your upgrade, a B350 motherboard shouldn't be much more expensive though an will allow you to overclock (Could just OC the 1200 to the 1300X).

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

As of now, my monitor is only 720p that's why not 1080p but if it could hit 60fps at 720 that would be awesome! I also chose that case for the size and the cable management and it also looks really simple which I like :), My case now is very bad for cable management. I also will take the advice for the B350 motherboard. Thank you guys for helping me!

I'd grab 8gb ram and 256gb ssd instead; you can add another ram later, you don't need 16gb at the moment anyway, and you'll be much happier with 256gb ssd in my opinion.
