So I currently undecided on which monitor I should get. I don't really care about price

 

My computer specs:

I7 6700k @4.6 GHz (OC)

16 Gb Ram 3000 Mhz

Gtx 1080 strix sli

If budget doesn't matter, go with the X34. Upgraded from a PG278Q to the X34... I'll never go back. Ultrawide FTW. Super excited for the 200hz HDR ones.

What are the chances of getting an X34 and it being able to oc to 100hz?, also what is the difference between ASUS ROG Swift Curved PG348Q and X34?

The x34 can OC no problem:

Yes 100% chance to OC it to 100hz using any nVidia card, both are the exact same panel inside, just different branded get the cheapest or the one you think looks better.

Only Blizzard and Riot Games doesn't support it nowadays, every thing else has you covered, I've been using 21:9 for almost a year now and no regrets it is much more superior experience than 16:9.

CS:GO hates 21:9

I don't run into any problems on my x34 in terms of games and aspect ratio problems.

 

I always run it OCed at 100Hz.

 

Gsync makes everything sexy.

 

Lots of room for activities.
