Recommended Posts

Depends on the chip.

Can be 3.7 or can be 4.0

Given that even with the stock cooler 3.6-3.7 is possible with the wraith at1.275V or less i can say the 212 could do 1.325-1.35V meaning maybe between 3.8-3.9ghz max.

Ryzen 1700's sweet spot is 3.8Ghz anyways before needing crazy amount of voltages. Really save money on the cooler and get faster memory or a better board believe me it will matter more

Maybe like 3.9ghz without needing needing quite a bit more voltage for 4.0 ghz, I'm currently running r5 1600 at 3.9ghz on the stock cooler.
