Mainboard mounted to top of case?

we,ve all now seen mobos mounted in every direction but still to one of the sidepanels if you know what i mean. its still vertical.

 

could one mount a mobo horizontally? - yes . but hanging from the "roof"? - sure i guess. but could you watercool that thing then ?

You don't need the mobo in a different way to prevent it from air cooling and are you making that case?

2. no thats the frame of a 901 and a scratch model i use to plan my current build in progress (since forever :P)

I don't think hanging your GPU etc. from the roof would be a good idea. And why? What advantage would there be in this configuration?

The orientation of the mobo doesn't change if it can aircool or watercool you just need to know how heavy the cooler is

honestly...space. ive commited so far into this tiny build  i cant back out now and this would allow for more space and make fitting the mobo and gpu much easier

so youre saying watercooling like this shouldnt be a problem?

Flip the whole thing upside down, and there you go.
