Can I boot my PC without my GPU ?

No Ryzen doesn't have an I-GPU so you need a GPU. You technically can but you won't see anything.

No. Ryzen doesnt have iGPU. You can boot, but you can't see anything.

Ok so my monitor will give me a sign that everything is working but I won't see anything on the srceen?

You have a good point, but you could start it up if the gpu was dead, but it's technically pointless since were not talking about a dead gpu but rather no gpu

You could always set up the OS on another machine, enable ssh and then remote into the machine from a laptop or phone.

The mining craze is dying, but not quite dead yet, stock is not back in everywhere. If you absolutely need a GPU, a 1050Ti would definitely tide you over until you can upgrade.

I was thinking to buy a GTX 1050 Ti, but if I do that then I wouldnt be able to upgrade my GPU for few years, sooo I am not sure for how long is the mining thing going to last and if it is worth waiting 3 months with a PC in my room that I cant use.

Not quite accurate as some AMD am4 boards do in fact have display port and hdmi ports on them for the release of upcoming apu's but in the end still same result no video output
