If you need the OS I'd suggest kinguin or reddits microsoftsoftwareswap, much budget friendly. You can get by with 1 stick of 8gb ram, a small ssd for a boot drive would be a huge improvement for boot times, and it's a rough time with the graphics card price bubble... that said the builds above look ok

You can get an OS for £20 or you can just say 'I don't have a product key' and leave it (or know a dodgy person on discord who can activate it)
