Davinci Resolve 14 Beta 4 Crashes

i am using the beta version of Davinci Resolve, and a few days ago, I started getting random crashes. It initially gave me an error message about no CUDA accelerated device, so i restarted my computer. After the restart, I would try to open Resolve and my display driver would crash, which in turn closes the program. After another restart and a driver update, It will now let me open a project, but the media will not be usable, and in a few seconds, the display would change from the project name to Untitled Project. when i try to do anything, such as import media, the program would freeze and eventually crash. I am running a GTX 1050 with the most recent Driver update, and I had no issues with the software before this.

Try using an earlier beta of Davinci Resolve or see if there is an update.

Beta is the most recent version, as for using an old version, there is no way that I know of to get it, as I deleted the installer when I originally downloaded it.

I had no problems up until yesterday, and I had not updated it, any idea what happened?

Is there a resource intensive background tasks? CTRL+SHIFT+ESC sort by CPU. How much ram is dedicated to DR 14? What GPU do you have?

does it crash when opening a project? or on the project manager? Are you using a external database or local?

External databases are if you are sharing DR across devices like a studio where multiple workstations edit one project.

Are media files located when they were saved? Plus what version of DR14 do you have, studio or free?

do: WIN+R copy and paste this: C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Resolve Disk Database and hit enter... copy and paste Resolve Projects somewhere safe then reinstall resolve. Then navigate back to C:\ProgramData\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Resolve Disk Database and copy and paste the resolve Projects back in.
