What exact psu? pic?

350w is more than enough for a normal 750ti system with room to spare for ocing.

The wattage would be fine, does the GTX 750 ti require a VGA 6-pin power connector for the power supply? If it doesn't you can get a Molex adapter for that power port on the graphics card.

I have an EVGA GTX 750ti. It doesn't use an 6-pin power connector as it draws all it's power from the PCIE. My power supply is 300w and it's always given it enough power.

You should be fine.

yep, they mainly do opem, but their units are found in some gamer psu's aswell. They do most of the psu's for apple, and do a lot of server psu's. They will make low end psu's, but nothing bad. They will reach their rated power and won't kill your system.
