the old first led fans had an band around the fan to keep the wire tucked in haha. i one got some el cheep o $2.50 fans and cut the fan out as rad shrouds and you can put 5mm leds in them... i got an rgb controller and attempted to wire up the leds and well its sucked so bad i took it back apart.
