KVM Switch, that doesn't require drivers

SomethingEat

Hi! I need a kVM switch that doesn't require drivers and is "play and play" type of thing, i plan to use it for one windows and one linux machnie. I don't really need monitor plug either, just mouse and keyboard, but i'd must be reliable and meant to be used.

Best Regards

I've been using a small powered usb hub. two leads on the back one to my main machine, the other to my work laptop and just switch plugs.

EDIT: just thought about it, since when does a kvm switch need a driver? none of my old ones ever did, they have a god dam switch on them.

Silent build - You know your pc is too loud when the deaf complain. Windows 98 gaming build, smells like beige

i've bought two and they both came with drivers, but would work with linux, seems most of them need them this days, i just want something simple like you described don't really care about fancy functions

A USB switch would be better, I used to use one with no probs, it's only USB 2.0 but shouldn't matter for just keyb/mouse.
